Shipping/Return Policy

Services rendered

Thank you for shopping at MahoganyLovExtensions ("We" or "Us"). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination of items in the order. Please allow 3-5 business days for payment processing. After payment is processed, orders will be fulfilled. Allow 7-14 business days for delivery(due to covid shipping and delivery times are subject to delays). If order has not been received after 14 business days then kindly contact us. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Cancellations/Returns

Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it however, you may return the item. You have 3 business days from the date on which you received the items to request a refund. In addition, you must inform us info@mahoganylovextensions.com before returning your item. You will be refunded no later than 14 business days from the day the item is received. The refund will be the same as the method of payment used excluding gift card purchases,etc. For instance if you paid with a credit/debt card then that credit/debt card will be refunded and the same for paypal,etc.

Conditions for Returns

The product must be in original condition with all tags and must not be altered (dyed,cut,brushed,combed,etc) in any way. It is the sole discretion of MahoganyLovExtensions to reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product. You should send the Goods at the following address: PO Box 57 Winder, Ga. 30680. MahoganyLovExtensions is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item or proof of received return delivery.
